This is my first extended fast. Should refeeding be something to worry about after a 5 day fast? I’ve done 48s and had no problems eating a huge meal after , but should I take it slower with 5 days?
As someone who has done several 5 days, I’ve stuck to no carb food without issue.
Like eggs are good to break a fast, but have also broken a 5 day with a steak.
Would steer clear of carbs and stick to fats and protein
