Anyone have any advice for breaking my fast? I’ve been on a 7 day water fast, taking no electrolytes or anything like that. I’ve just been drinking water. I’m a little worried about refeeding and ending up in the hospital or something. I see bone broth is recommended quite a bit, but would that be ok to drink with no electrolytes in my system?

People really don’t have a scientific understanding of refeeding. Unless you suffer from malnutrition there is almost zero possibility of refeeding syndrome and you ending up in the hospital after a 7 day fast. The most you might experience is an upset stomach or diarrhea
I find bone broth starts digestion for a “first meal” next meal I’ll added some veggies and maybe protein to the bone broth and have a soup. After that some raw veggies like a salad. I’ve found I don’t experience discomfort when starting to eat again when I do it this way.
