No, you broke it with a metric shit-ton of sugar and junk carbs. 90 hours isn’t long enough to cause serious refeeding issues in general, but it stands to reason that if you break a fast with garbage, you’ll feel like garbage. On top of that, 128oz of water is bordering on too much throughout the day, let alone in rapid succession - water toxicity is a thing.

I know that the urge to go ham after a fast is strong but if you aren’t going to break it safely and correctly, you may as well not even do it. Clean protein, greens, minimal carbs (or at least save the carbs for a few meals later) and some probiotics are the best way to break a fast.

As the others said, its best to avoid sugar or carbs when breaking a fast of any length even though u won’t get refeeding syndrome at a 90 hour fast. Next time stick to some protein for your first meal
