Resting heart rate

Has anyone’s resting heart rate dramatically decreased after weight loss? I’m at my heaviest, sitting here eating dinner relaxing and it’s at 105 bpm! I know my resting rate was lower 50lbs ago, down to 60bpm when sleeping, but it is just racing while I’m cooking dinner and then sitting here!

Answer

Yes, my heart rate has generally been in the 80s and now it is in the 50s and 60s. I used to worry about it being too high and now I worry it is too low and I will just expire in my sleep. :)

I was in the obese range about 7 months ago and now am in the normal bmi range.
