Resting Heart Rate/BP?

I am looking to start snake again I have successfully done both snake and soft dry fasts. I have a physical coming in a little over 1 week. Will snake increase my BP and resting heart rate? I took a physical last year 3 days into a dry fast and they didn’t like my resting heart rate even thought it was in the safe zone for fasting, I didn’t tell them I was fasting because I did want to hear them put me down for fasting so I broke and went back to get cleared 2 days later I don’t want to deal with that again. I was planing to start snake tomorrow and continue through my physical the switch to soft dry or possibly brake a day or 2 before the physical. What’s peoples experience been on snake has it raised you heart rate where it would be a issue for a physical

Answer

Amended comment.. I just saw that you did some dry fasting and yes that will raise your pulse rate. I’ve been fasting for quite a long time and I highly recommend electrolyte fasting. Ultimately dry fasting is just a very big strain on the human body. I’ve got no doubt that you’re high heart rate was related to dry fasting.

Answer

Fasting always lowers your heart rate. Blood pressure it depends on the individual. Your cortisol levels rise so you could get some spikes, but eventually your body gets used to fasting and it becomes lower when you’re fasting. This is simply because your body doesn’t have to process and digest food.
