Getting BAD restless leg at bedtime while fasting (20:4). Almost as bad as during my pregnancies! I already take two MagOx at bedtime and take 2 doses of electrolyte recovery pills during the day. Any ideas???
Take salt before bed, it stops the cortisol your body produces in response to not getting enough sodium. I do 1/4 tsp and just swish in my mouth with water right before bed. Keep the magnesium too. But there are some nights where salt is the ONLY thing that helps.
