i’ve Done a couple in the past and definitely lost lots of weight from it. oats definitely keep you very full so i Would find it difficult actuallly to eat them More than once maybe twice a day, even in small potions of oats.
just aim for nutritient dense and raw /low ig and mix your meals with complex carb/prot/fat, dont forget your veggies and fruits raw. Oatmeal is great carbs. OFc stay active, and tbh the most difficult when out and not cooking is keeping away from take away and industrial food, that even when cooked with wholefoods are loaded with salt/added sugar/excessive sat fat
