Now I am not a medical professional by any means and I have yet to do a dry fast past 3 days (today is day 3 of my 5 dry fasts). I have only done extended water fast… 17 days. I don’t think it’s about time, but about listening to your body… I would say u can start intermittent fasting again right away, but before going into another dry fast do make sure u are well hydrated and that u feel confident that your body has gotten good nutrients. This may be different for everyone…..I want to do 5 on 3 off but I am not sure if my body will feel that’s a good idea. I think generally if u have a lot more weight to lose then u still have a stored food supply to get u through a fast because u don’t want your body to be pulling from your muscle for fuel.
