Keep it simple omad everyday. Go to gym evening. Cardio 45min everyday with full body workout every other day. Eat omad meal 1500 Cal’s after gym.
By week 8 throwing in 48 hours fasts once a week to break plateau or boost fat loss. Forget the rolling shit.
The routine above is something you can do all year round . Rolling stuff will make you fail and give up.
