Hey guys my first time doing 48s I did my refeed and currently 35 hours into second 48 I was wondering how long should I do this 30-40 days back to back has anyone done this for a straight month I refeed with about 600 calories I want to lose 60 pounds in the next 3 months

I’m doing rolling 48s with 1000 calorie refeeds and trying to burn 1000 calories on refeed days with exercise. Down 20lbs in 3 weeks. 600 seems a little low considering you only have 60lbs to lose. You’ll get there quickly if you find a refeed meal that works for you and stay consistent with your 48s.

good luck CreditEmpire👍🏽. It’s been debated alot but is 600 calories enough? I’d hate for you to mess up your metabolism. you don’t think it would be better to eat whatever your requirements are on your refeed? or maybe rolling 72s; regular refeed?
