I’m doing rolling 48s with 1000 calorie refeeds and trying to burn 1000 calories on refeed days with exercise. Down 20lbs in 3 weeks. 600 seems a little low considering you only have 60lbs to lose. You’ll get there quickly if you find a refeed meal that works for you and stay consistent with your 48s.
good luck CreditEmpire👍🏽. It’s been debated alot but is 600 calories enough? I’d hate for you to mess up your metabolism. you don’t think it would be better to eat whatever your requirements are on your refeed? or maybe rolling 72s; regular refeed?
