Rolling 48s and 72s for weight loss and health.

Is anyone here following a similar regimen? I started on 9th January, 2x 46hrs and 1x 70hrs fast a week (3 meals a week, in 2hr windows) and it’s been effortless to keep up, I feel amazing and I’ve lost 6kgs in this time (from 61kg to 55kg) despite very abundant refeed meals during the windows.

Planning on keeping going until I hit my goal weight (46kg, I’m short lol)

Anyone else have experiences doing this?

I’ve done 36hrs a week strictly for health starting october 2022 and lost 11 kg in 2 months (from 105kg to 94). I haven’t made any changes to my diet and l lift weights pretty consistently, l was so surprised to see this amount of fat loss
