eating all day between 48 hour fasts has no impact on fat loss or gain, but only the calories you eat will determine how much overall fat you end up losing. in other words, doing rolling 48s for fat loss wont matter if you eat with reckless abandon and ignore calories.
technically, fasted hours dont matter for fat loss, but i suppose if you are after other effects, drawing a line at 48 hours will have more benefits than 24 hours regardless of when you start and end the fast.
