Has anyone tried rolling 72s combined with snake walking? Would walking 4 hours a day while fasting on snake juice be an effective or sustainable method for fat loss?
I did about 6 weeks of rolling fasts. I started with 48s, then moved to 72s, and did one 96 around the 4th or 5th week. I also work in landscaping. Lots of walking. Overall, I lost somewhere between 30-35#.
On the third day of the 96, I ended up walking about 10 miles that day while working. I actually lost 2# in that 24 hour period.
So, yes, IMO, rolling 72s and lots of walking are a great tool to burn fat. Stay on top of your electrolytes!
Unless it’s part of your job or you really have the free time. I wouldn’t necessarily say that 4 hours is necessary. I just did my first 72 with 15 miles worth of running and some walking. It felt pretty good until the third day which was getting pretty light headed and weak.
