Rolling 72s: What to eat and what kind of exercise?

I’ve been trying to find out more information but it’s been hard. For meals, it seems some people eat whatever. Some eat a small meal. Some people eat a large keto meal.

As for exercise, everyone seems to say low intensity weights and cardio. What exactly is low intensity weights? A short 20 minute lift session? Or 10? Does low intensity cardio mean 2 hours of walking? Would 15 minute jogs be overkill?

Please enlighten me, it would be greatly appreciated!

Answer

Eat carnivore. Beef. Red steaks. Scrambled eggs if you want. Not complicated. Feast on your refeed days, but only carnivore meals. Keep it simple. No cheating at all.

Do pushups when starting. Build up the total you can do. Then figure out more to do when you can do 200 pushups a day no problem.

Answer

Walking is amazing try to at least get between 10,000 to 14,000 steps daily. Walking has been shown to not increase hunger unlike other low intensity cardiovascular activities. Eat the same thing on your reefed days. Working out should be individualized and relevant to your fitness goals. Sit down and think what do you want to achieve by working out. Full body and compound body weight movements are great for beginners.
