Any suggestions for this routine?
Thinking this would be a great way to shed fat fast and might try it soon. I’m 6 ft 4 inches and 290 lbs, just to put it out there.
Go for it if u are a trained dry faster. Take care of your refeed and be sure to be hydrated and electrolytes are ok before the next 72DF. Don’t rush the refeeds: sometimes one day is enough sometimes you’ll feel you’ll need some days more…
