Rolling Dry Fast Progress - Weight Loss (23y/o Female)

Hey guys, here’s my stats.

Age: 23 | F
Height: 5’3,
Starting Weight: 209
Goal Weight: 145

I’m doing a rolling dry fast with and 1 refeed/replenish day every 5th day interval. I’m not stopping until I reach my goal weight and I calculate that to be within 3-4 weeks since I lose 2 pounds a day// gain back only a few pounds on the refeed days. I also try to incorporate some exercise on those days as well.

I’m not going to lie, I have experience doing this since high school but every time I do it it gets harder and harder the first 3 days. If anyone reading this is looking to start, do not over exert yourself because you will feel very lethargic. During these days all I could do is sleep. Currently sitting at 200 pounds I honestly feel great. I feel smaller and lighter, mentally sharper, and now used to this.

Some advice to those who are doing this to lose weight… Hold yourself accountable, put your best food forward every day. But HAVE COMPASSION & DONT BE SO HARD ON YOURSELF. What we’re doing isn’t easy in the least. Listen to your body, if you feel like you’re going to pass out then drink some water!

If you’re tempted to break the fast with food, drink water and your stomach will feel full and the need to have food will go away.

This is exactly the kind of routine I’m wanting to be build on. I’m 53 hours in and would love to do 5 days dry and one refeed rinse and repeat. I have 80lbs yo lose. You’re doing great. Looking forward to your updates.
