Room for improvement?

I’ve started doing keto again a little over a month ago. I’ll be doing it for 3 months. I started doing 5 day omad and 2 day fasts. A few weeks ago I started doing carnivore as an experiment. Not impressed, so I will introduce veggies back into my diet soon. The past week I changed my fasting protocol to 2 days omad five days fasting. Surprised that I got through it without much difficulty. So I’ll probably stick with it for the rest of my keto months. I’ve been working out since I started keto again 3 days a week; calisthenics and walking 10k+ steps. 5 days a week. Any room for improvement or just remain consistent.? When I break my fast it’s usually bone broth and then hamburger, ribeye, chicken thighs or chicken legs with 4 scrambled eggs and cheese. The bone broth, egg, and cheese are constant, but everything else will change depending on what I’m in the mood for.

Only thing that (based on my personal experiences) I’d mention is more deliberate fiber in the refeeds if your bowels aren’t moving well enough. Everyone around here talks about sharting themselves but damn every time I go on an extended fast, I get bound up instead. My whole system just seems to go dormant and I really have to (gently) pump the fiber to it on refeeds to get things going again
