How bad of an idea is this?
Dry fasting and depleting the water from your system by drinking salty water.
The point being to enter ketosis faster
The thing about Dry fasting that I like is - 1. RAPID KETOSIS, max 24 hours. 2. NO HUNGER, only thirst.
Thirst is much easier to maintain.

Since the body can chug fat cells and create its own water, since you can dry fast and exercise or take a sauna to push yourself deeper into the dry fast. How about sea volume salt water?
A better idea is on the day of your dry fast in the morning do heavy compound weights such as deadlifts, bench press, pull ups. Doing it in the morning you will still have the energy.
Then continue your dry fast and the body will begin to breakdown fat much faster which is your goal. Good luck
