I really love Cajun spiced or blackened chicken breast. I eat it several times a week on salad because I’m not using dressings. It’s also great with steamed veggies. I’ve also started to enjoy baked cod.
My husband and I are 100% lazy and eat for function more than enjoyment. We’re also mainly plant-based in our diet. Most of the time, it’s pick a protein (usually beans or tofu), pick a grain (brown rice or quinoa), pick a veggie or a few (from the garden most of the time), pick a sauce, put it all in a bowl. We eat super cheap and lazy.
