Here comes everyone telling you that Saturated Fat isn’t really bad for you. Just ignore all of the studies that show it is bad for you and listen to the ones saying it isn’t that bad. These self proclaimed Cardiologists without the degree are very predictable. All of the studies showing saturated fat were “debunked!”…ha, okay 👍.

Yes. Saturated fat is the good fat to eat. I’m not posting links, but you can easily find the science to back this up. Start with professor Tim Noakes and his clinical research and data. I saw a long term study on coronary artery size and people with diets high in saturated fats had artery growth.. a very good thing. But as I say, you need to look all this up. I have a lot of saturated fat daily.
