Anyone do any tracking if money saved doing IF?
Strictly grocery wise, it’s about the same for me. Fewer meals necessitates better nutrition. Eating better typically means less processed things which are not as cheap. If anything it’s gotten a little more expensive now that I am trying to hit certain protein goals.
But, if you factor in not eating out as frequently it’s likely a decent savings overall.
No. Still feeding the family, grocery bill same as always. If you regularly eat lunch out at work and now are skipping lunch then yes you will pay less.
The only thing I have found to reduce cost is reducing waste, tight meal planning, never throwing out anything. That is difficult for me.
