Answer

I workout mid morning, around 10am. I’m up by 5 every day for kids to school and work. 10:00 is my first opportunity.

If I’m 20:4 the. I break my fast at 14:00. No I’m not really hungry most days. Some day I am, but not always. Goal is weight loss right now so a little bit of hunger is fine. Once I hit goal weight I’ll back off to 16:8 and eat after my workout.

Answer

Doing 20:4 at the moment the only reason I don’t do omad is because of workouts.

I run 8 miles every other day so I eat about 1 hour before my run which takes just over an hour this gives around 2 hours to eat before my fast.

But I do this in the afternoon not morning because I’d have to get up around 2am before work

Answer

I can do a long run, go to the gym, or do a speed workout and I’m not hungry after. I make sure to go ahead and eat a protein-heavy lunch around noon, though. (I’ve been skipping breakfast for years and am very well fat-adapted, so I don’t get low blood sugar crashes anymore.)
