Second 5 day fast but I want to break it right this time

Ok so I’m currently 62 hours in to a 120 hour fast. Last time I did this I broke my fast with all you can eat shrimp at red lobster. Don’t ask me how or why because many years later I still wonder. I want to break it right this time. I’ll have a bone broth to break my fast on but my meal is going to be a ribeye and some brussel sprouts. Should I wait until the day after to eat it or can I wait a couple of hours and then eat it?

I do rolling 5-7 day fasts. Refeeding syndrome isn’t really a concern until after 7 days according to my research. That said I always start small because my mental appetite is always way bigger than my physical one. I’ll do a soup, a salad, or something like a pickled egg.
