For me personally I start to get nauseated after sleeping at night. I feel like it’s parasites, and other things that have died off from the overnight cleansing. Because it also coincides with the shrinkage or disappearing of a lot of issues.

You have to be lightweight and reach Days 8-9. And then the transcendental healing is in progress. This is also similar to a change in your mental and emotional states.

The mind and emotions feel elevated. You are transcending all of your issues and problems. You will start to feel that emotionally first before it rectifies physically.

Everything that worries you before. None of it will worry you. Any fears, all fears, you don’t seem to have any. You are in a transcendental state, a super healing state, a waking dream, a bliss state.

You want to feel that, a deep spiritual connection to yourself and the world around you.

You feel overwhelmingly peaceful. You can sit there in silence and enjoy and bask in what your feeling. You lose desire an attachment for material things (this is a clear sign).

This is when you’ve burned through most of your fat and your lightweight and your body has embraced the dryfast (soft).

I’m interested in any answers to this as I’m planning a 11-ish day fast in the next few months. Curious! I wonder if it’s documented in Filonov’s books anywhere. My guess is not if you’re asking here but I’ll begin looking.

Edit: unfortunately I couldn’t find much description of the experience of the second acidotic crisis, there was a suggestion that it’s not as pronounced as the first. Something else i found interesting was a description of the general experience of each day of a 9-day fast beginning at ‘16. How should you conduct a long dry fast?’ in Dr Filonov’s book.
