Seeking advice for my first 48 hour fast

Have been doing 16:8 and OMAD some days since Nov. 1. Had maybe three days where I didn’t fast. Finished eating around 5 today and want to do a 48 hr fast. Just looking for tips and tricks! Will make sure to have my salt water.

Just a thought, but when I course correct I just skip a day so it ends up being my regular fast plus 24 hours.

So in your case, doing 16:8, you skip an eating window snd do a 24+16=40 hr fast. You stay on your normal eating window schedule.

I work these in when needed but not more than once a week. Works for me.
