Some Stats first: male, 23 years, 185cm (6 feet), 105kg (230 pounds),
activities: student, so mainly sitting, working out 3x a week (full body exercise) and 2x a week walking (30\~ minutes).
Ive been fasting for about 15 months now, 18/6 up to 23/1, now im sticking to 18/6 tho.
My Goal: i want to loose fat, around my belly, thighs, you name it. My problem is i dont know how much calories to aim for daily, and i guess (correct me if im wrong)
a normal day would look like this : 15:00 breaking fast, eating lowcarb, waiting 2hours going to gym eat carb but no fats after exercise, and 2500 calories? (i want to loose fat (weight)), my goal is about 95 kg i guess or even 90, you can already assume i guess that my mind is everywhere by the way im writing id appreciate any help/advice & thanks in advance.
Don’t worry about calories yet. Do 20g carb max per day and alternate the 18:6 with the OMAD. Do that for a week then start thinking about calories . Eat as much as you want but keep total carbs under 20. You’ll need alot of fat and protein then to stay full. So steak with butter, salad with full fat dressing, salmon, eggs, avocado. Low carb protein shake, etc. cheeseburger without the bun. Pizza without the crust. Eat it all. Be full after each meal. You need keto to lose that belly fat.
