I find mixed reviews regarding tea Drinking while IF. So what is it? Can or can you not drink tea while IF?I stopped doing tea for a while..and I have been drinking coffee and water exclusively after reading recent articles stating tea breaks IF. But I’d like some input and further insight from you all. Thanks in advance
I have a concentrated unsweetened herbal tea in my fridge that lists “<1” for sugars and carbs instead of a 0. That leads me to believe that some herbal teas that are steeped with fruit peels and such could have a trace amount of sugar or carb. I don’t think it is common though. I do try to stick to teas that are not steeped with fruit.
