I have been on OMAD since 2 weeks. Along with that, I’ve also eliminated most of added sugar from my diet. Overall, I have lost 1.7 Kgs without working out. How does my progress look? Any advice?
So .5 to 1 kg a week is the recommended max rate for healthy sustainable weigh loss. So 1.7 kg in two weeks is right in the sweet spot. And it sounds like you’re making steps to improve not only the amount you eat but what you’re eating. You’re putting in great work, just keep at it!
If you’re at a point in your journey to accommodate it, working out is great to include too. It’s not going to dramatically speed up weight loss, but it has a number of health benefits. It also doesn’t need to be a whole big gym routine. Even just adding in a walk or simple bodyweight exercises is a great way to start.
