OP is working on generating a new product to market. They want someone to briefly review their material.
It’s called staff scientist. If you are bringing products to the market you will need one. A 30 min consult isnt going to get you what you need. Otherwise it is just going to be more garbage in a saturated market.

OP to give you an idea. A phone consult like this, I generally bill 2-20 hours of pre-work, double hourly for the meeting, and 2-40 hours follow up work at a rate of $150/hr. So a 1 hour call can be easily be $3k+
