I have 5 athletes who are beginner to intermediate level endurance and a few strength training athletes. Many have questions about sports nutrition, and just general nutrition —they’re trying to dial in good habits. Would a sports nutritionist be open to consulting some clients? They’d be very happy! As would I!
In a pinch, you could grab some copies of Fuelling Young Athletes for them? I have this book and it’s a pretty comprehensive but easy-to-follow guide for my teens.
