Sensitive/Upset Stomach for 3-4 days now

Long story short, I did 2 36 hrs fast with 7-10 days in between. Come the second 36, my stomach has been feeling weak and sensitive. Which was weird since I don’t think I did something wrong (I have encountered this weak stomach feeling before but that was only when I did a 72, not 36). Sure, I ate my one meal for that day in like an hour but I’m already 7 months into IF and I’ve already did 36 hours countless of times like this without much repercussions.

I was also nauseous for the first two days but I figured that was the electrolytes needing to be fixed. I ate some more fruits and veggies than I normally did after and the nausea’s gone now but my stomach doesn’t seem to be planning to let go of the issue.

It’s really sensitive and cramps(?)/rumbles/hurts when even water passes. The only temporary remedy is eating till I’m somewhat full but that only lasts so long. What do?

Have you changed your diet? When I startting cutting carbs/sugars (and thereby eating more fats/protein) my stomach was not happy with me for several days.

Once my body got used to the increased fat/decreased carb intake things went back to normal.
