Sharing my 45 lbs snake diet journey

I’m sharing my little snake diet journey here because it changed my life. I lost 45 lbs in 6 months on the snake diet, rolling 48s and OMAD. Went from 185 to 140 lbs. Picture is attached.

This is the best advice I can possibly give you after losing the weight, and staying at my target weight for over a year. It is foolproof, and the best decisions I have made for my health.

  1. Quit all sugar. No added sugar foods, no refined sugar foods, no desserts, no cookies, no sugar period. You have 24 grams a day of sugar natural sugar max, only use it on low sugar foods like blueberries, and foods with a few grams of naturally occurring sugar.
  2. Do 72s/48s/24s to lose the weight. Whatever works for you. I did mostly 48s/24s and it took me about 6 months to lose 45 lbs.
  3. When at your target weight, do OMAD and/or Have a 4-6 hour window, doesn’t matter.
  4. That’s it. You can eat carbs, doesn’t matter. Just eat healthy.

You literally cannot eat too much food and cannot gain weight when you realize the foods that are available to you, and the foods that are not. And doing a OMAD/4-6 hour window lifestyle. It’s absurd that almost everything has added sugar in it. Eat healthy, balanced meals.

You will feel amazing, clear headed, healthy, level, the best you’ve ever felt.

Everyone is different. But quitting sugar is essential, it will change your life.

Thank you for posting. Not sure why I’m not getting on this band wagon because I know it’s gotta help. I have 70 pounds to lose, and have been a long time lurker on this sub. Your post is so helpful and thank you for breaking it down. I think what’s hard for me to stick with this is that I have to make food for my kids and not sure I could handle the temptation. Ugh.
