Everyone is unique, how we metabolize salt, potassium, chloride, magnesium, etc… if your water fasting, you may bed pushing your electrolytes lower than sustainable. Unfortunately, sodium and potassium are a delicate balance that we don’t store more than a minimal amount (very minimal). Generally accepted to maintain our health The skew is 6000mg of potassium to 1500/2000 mg of sodium. Talk to the doctor about medical monitoring it obtaining a base level. Generally these electrolytes will affect blood pressure and pulse first - keep an eye on them as well.
