i’m planning on going on a liquid diet for about a week after this 2 day fast (since i fast every weekend). can i eat something to break the fast and before i start my diet, or would it have any weight loss benefits to immediately start the liquid diet?
Since it’s only two days, it’s fine. Typically you shouldn’t break a fast with something so carb heavy such as a smoothie. It could even be dangerous on a prolonged fast, but for a two day fast it shouldn’t really matter.
