im guessing this is a fitness test for a job or something.
is it high stakes? how confident are you that you can hit the time you want fasted?
does your omad routine contain carbs?
eating a couple of hours before might be helpful, but it would be better if you had practiced it first.
if it were me, and i wanted to maximize success on the test, and didn’t mind putting my fasting on a speedbump, i would have two full-sugar energy drinks about an hour before the test.
