I am doing a 20:4 fast and exercising once per day. I was wondering if I could burn more fat if I exercise before I eat (when I am in ketosis) versus after eating. Does it make any difference?

no you dont burn more calories in fasted state. plus if you are fasted it doesnt mean you are in ketosis. to enter ketosis you need to not consume carbs for a much longer time than a day. train when you feel more comfortable
