It’s a sedentary office job, i’m just going through training but also want to lose weight before christmas. I always feel less focused and a bit light headed while fasting. Is there a way to make it work ?
I think it would be hard and probably better to fast outside office hours. because one way to acclimate yourself quicker at a new job is to go for lunch with your colleagues. Since these are new acquaintances, they will probably not know you’re fasting, think you’re making excuses to not eat with them, and probably will think you’re snobbish or a loner.
I learnt from experience. Gained a few lbs at a new job, but after my coworkers know me, now I can do my fasting at work without any misunderstandings.
