so i just watched a youtube video and even though ive seen people say electrolytes are needed for a fast, i wasn’t sure what to do. but in the comment someone said magnesium is an electrolyte. is this true? should i take the magnesium pills i have? i only got them because i was told they’re good for working out but now i see potential use for fasting. just not sure if it’s really a good idea.
