Should Vitamin D+K2, Magnesium and Fish Oil all be taken together at once?

Or would they best be taken if separate? I know the Vitamin D+K2 should always be together and preferably in the morning as it may disrupt sleep, and the magnesium at night as it can aid sleep.

Or do studies show the supplements are best taken together?

Answer

They are all oil soluble and therefore will emulsify and absorb together. However, they should be taken w8th a meal as this allows better emulsification and time to absorb.

Just don’t overeat as then you will be wasting nutrients going out the other end before full digestion can take place.

Answer

Vitamins A, D, E, and K are all fat-soluble and would be better taken with the fish oil for absorption. I’d take those in the morning and keep the magnesium at night unless there is some reason you’d do well to take it with a meal (like chronic constipation).
