I am about a month in using a 18/6 fasting method (no intake except from noon to 6PM)? Should I alternate to a different method for a while or stay with this method?
If you are happy with 18:6, no need to change. It’s perfectly fine to stick with a schedule that is working for you.
If you want to try a different IF schedule, then go for it! It’s also perfectly fine to change it up.
For myself I find it beneficial to change things up. I like to do a minimum of a 16hr fast sometimes I’ll fast for over 20 on average ends up being about 18hrs and I start my fast after dinner so that I am not following an extremely rigid schedule. The main thing for me is the fasting window not the eating window.
