Sorry if this is a common question, but I was wondering if you should force yourself to drink the snake juice even if you aren’t thirsty? How much “should” you drink in a day?
Honestly it depends on how you feel. If I’m working out, I’m drinking that snake juice. If I’m just chilling, then (in a way) I’m not gonna drink it like that unless I feel dehydrated. I make a gallon per day while drinking 3/4s of said gallon a day. I work out 5 days out of the week (more likely gonna be bumped up to 6 days) so drinking that amount for me works. My fasting schedule is more aligned for 5-6 days a week a day refeed on the weekend.
