I’m going on my first water fast for 3 days and was wondering if it would be dangerous to work out while fasting. My main goal is to lose weight but at the same time I don’t want to faint.
I walk sometimes up to 10 miles while doing extended water fasts. It really helps to pass the time and my energy is high during fasting. Weights and resistance wipes me out during extended fasting almost instantly. But I can walk for hours and hours.
