Answer

Let’s see…I suggest (from my experience) to start fasting around 4 to 5 o clock pm.

If you stop eating around this time, then the food you ate throughout the day can digest easier and you won’t really have gained weight in the morning. If you eat after that, then it’ll be the opposite.

Answer

Get a book like “the complete guide to fasting”.

A good way to start out is by eating only breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and eliminate eating outside of those meals and eat them at consistent times. Once you have gotten used to that, eliminate breakfast. At this point you’re effectively doing 16:8 which is the most studied protocol and has the proven benefits.

Once you’ve become accustomed to 16:8, you could try omad or adf, or just let it ride.

Answer

The best time frame is the one that fits into your lifestyle. It depends on what hours you work, when you exercise, whether you usually eat certain meals with family/friends and would find it hard not to share those meals. A time frame that fits your life will be sustainable long-term.

Different time frames do not affect weight loss. If you eat between 3-11 PM, you can lose weight just the same as if you eat between 8 AM - 4 PM. The idea that you’ll gain weight if you eat too soon before sleeping is a myth.
