Hey everyone, my eating window is about 8 hours. I’ve recently increased my water and decreased my calories. I also have been walking more, no other exercise… which possibly is the issue. I’m just not really seeing the results. What have worked best for you??
If you’re not seeing weight loss results, it’s usually because you’re still overeating. Make sure you’re not. Use a tdee calculator like https://tdeecalculator.net (aim to eat under your maintenance/resting number) and track calories for a while.
Also make sure there isn’t any medical or hormonal issues. Something could be throwing things off and you just wont know without bloodwork being done.
But I’d double check the calories to start with.
