Would a routine of about 36 hours a week of dry fasting (of which about 24 hard, after that I would like brush my teeth and take a shower) be long enough to see results?
Does someone have experience with loose skin and dry fasting?
once water enters your mouth, it retards the process. You can do 36 hours soft and still shower, just dont let water enter your mouth..no brushing etc. I had my cousin do this routine on her weight loss journey. No saggy skin after 4 or 5 months, when she lost all the weight.
