Intermittent fasting seems to have no effect on my sleep. Possibly bc my eating window is afternoon-evening so I’m not going to bed empty.

Multi-day fasting? Man. My sleep is absolute shit then. It’s a deal breaker for me.

Every dream I have has to do with me eating. I’m either reaching into the fridge, sitting at a buffet or going to a McDonald’s. Every. Single. Night. I actually love it. I’m dream eating and I’m not gaining weight.

When my eating window is early it’s really hard to get to sleep; I had a coping mechanism of dealing with stress and abuse by eating before bed always. So that’s been hard to break but an unrelated medical issue made that an issue so I’ve been using tighter IF windows to break the habit. It’s been REALLY hard. But we’re getting there.
