I wonder if fasting (intermittent)is good hack for needing less sleep, then why are people who claim they are sleep deprived on daily fasting lifestyle? I understand that when you digestive system takes break, that means you have much more energy left? So does it mean that you actually win more and is not taking away ur health when you need less sleep, thus many claim that it must be stress hormones go up due fasting that can cause sleep deprivation, and people then think that its the fasting benefit of needing less sleep.
