Sleeping on a dry fast!

I’m the type of person who needs 8 hours of sleep to function. But Everytime I go over 24 hours of a soft or hard dry fast I have trouble getting more than 4-6 hours of sleep. And if so is this normal because I wake up fully energized but slightly weak, just a tad bit. I feel like 70%-80% charged up from sleep. And how can I help get more sleep or combat this!

You don’t need as much sleep when you are fasting. This applies more strongly to dry fasting since it is a ‘purer’ fast.
