Sleeping schedule

Hi everyone hope you’re having a good day. Just a question on your experiences, I’ve started a fasting and better diet journey also but have found sleeping difficult. I’ve been a chronic insomniac all my days but it’s been worse over the past week with fasting.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is it something that passes or is this just a me thing?

Yeah, I’ve experienced that when I fast consistently.

Make sure you’re going to bed at about the same time every night and your body will figure it out in a couple weeks.

Routine is key, but if you must, melatonin will help as well. Good sleep habits overall will also help a lot.
