Slow Progress

M30, 5,7 SW 247, CW 243 GW 140. Vegan, and have been doing 16:8 since 12/15/21.

Just weighed myself this morning and i’m pretty bummed. i’ve only lost 4 pounds in a month and i’ve been watching what I eat, 30 mins of cardio every other day and practicing 16:8.

My clothes fit a lot better so I was pretty shocked to see such little loss on the scale this morning after a month.

Anyways I’m feeling a bit discouraged, any advice?

If your clothes are fitting different then it’s working. The scale is sometimes behind and catches up.

Try adding in a longer fast when it works. After 2 months I started doing a weekly 24 hour and that definitely helped keep me losing. I also fasted 18 minimum and steadily saw the scale move.
